How to Get a Different Kind of Practice Providing Better Care, Faster, More Predictably, More Efficiently and More Profitably.

I will help you goodbye to that forever.

I will show you how to get patients to say yes to your care. I will show you how to solve your personel issues and concerns so they stay that way.
I know that is a big promise and I am good for it. That’s why this program is guaranteed or your money back. I have dedicated my life to orthodontics. I have been practicing and teaching all over the globe for decades. With thousands of hours of training, and decades of treating patients-and a LOT of trial and error, I discovered what works and what doesn’t. Now there is no need for you to suffer the years of pain figuring out what to do and not to do.
Whether you’ve been in practice 2 years or 20 years plus, your goal is to practice excellent orthodontics on every patient- with consistently predictable outcomes AND the shortest possible treatment times.
Traditionally, orthodontists have relied on conferences, journal publications and trusted colleagues for continuing post-orthodontic school education to learn and improve. With this approach you learn, but often do not implement the education in your daily practice. After their orthodontic programs, very few doctors ever get one-on-one coaching and mentorship in raising their clinical proficiency to the highest levels possible.
My mini-residency changes that.
I’m on a mission.
For me, orthodontics is more than just straightening teeth. It’s about health care. Here in the U.S. orthodontics has become just about straight teeth – Yes that is important, however, it’s only part of what orthodontics should provide.
It is about understanding proper growth and development. It is about balanced, symmetrical faces. It is about jaw joints that are healthy and airways that make it easy to breathe.
It is about making correct bites AND making attractive, natural and healthy smiles. Crucial to success in orthodontics is understanding its benefits. AND it’s limits! And I know, just as you do, that all these elements can- and do- transform the lives and futures of everyone we treat. Still, private practice is not easy. And I know how it feels because I live it, too.
HERE IS WHAT STRATY SAYS
I wish I knew all this early in my career –— I learned various approaches from different, well-respected teachers. Depending upon how I wanted to treat the case, I would use a particular technique. It was hit and miss. Trial and error just does not work anymore. It takes too long with lost dollars, wasted time and frustration.
Why am I doing this? I want to give back. And I love teaching and helping orthodontists. I started teaching the day I graduated from University of California at San Francisco and have never stopped. I want to share my passion for a successful orthodontic practice combined with what I have learned to help you transform your practice and your patients.
I teach real world solutions honed in the crucible of everyday practice so that you are not only are a better clinician, but develop a better, more profitable AND enjoyable practice. This opportunity will help you solve some of the most pressing and irritating problems that some doctors struggle with for their entire careers.
